The issue here is that you have uninitialized or incorrectly initialized WQ parameters. In the Water Quality Tab > Nutrients > Nitrogen button for example, you have to the fraction of metabolized nitrogen produced by each type of ON. These must all add to one for cyanobacteria. eg for cyanobacteria, for RPON = 0.2, LPON = 0.4, DON = 0.2, DIN = 0.2, total = 1. The same goes for diatoms, greens and macroalgae. If they don’t add to one in all cases you will get the error you listed. This also applies for the phosphorus button.
