2. Setting the boundaries of the Edit View "Run-time error’9 ': Subscript out of range

The cause of your first problem is possibly due to changing a constituent after a model run has completed. The way output files are written with the linkage files during a model run means that if you change a constituent after a completed run then often you won’t be able to load up a data file due to the mismatch with the linkage file.
Regarding your second question we would need a lot more description of the issue including the type of boundary and model setup.
