Does anyone know what this magenta lines mean and how to move it? I want to move it from the left fighure to the location in the right figure. Thanks.

That magneta rectangle is the boundary of the grid block. You can select the Select Grid Blocks button, then click to anywhere inside that magneta rectangle and drag to move the grid block to anywhere inside the cell map
