This is the EFDC.INP file. Is there a way to make the sticky and non-cohesive sediments move from day 57?

Based on the efdc.inp file you provided I guess you are using an ancient version of EE, or the GVC model. To be able to set the Date/Time to start Sediment Transport you can use EEMS to open your model and then save to the current EEMS version you have. From here you can set SEDSTART at C37 in the EFDC.inp file. as attached images.
