Hello,I want to know the format of wqrem.inp,wqrpemsic.inp,wqrpemrst.inp.The user document does not provide.May anybody helps me? Thanks!

thanks,but i found that EE_RPEM.OUT can not be converted from binary to decimal ,because GetEFDC do not contain rerative codes. So how can i do?
