Do you have any suggestions on handling state plane coordinates? It seems like CVLGrid and EFDC take State plane coordinates as UTM and as a consequence, the lon/lat are wrong in the model.
I assume that you used CVLGrid to create a grid and the coordinate of the grid is State plane. When you imported the grid into EE10, note that EE10 doesn’t convert coordinates of your grid to any other coordinate system. So if you want to load an external geo-referenced map into the 2DH view of EE10, the coordinate of map must be same as that of the grid.I attached an example for your reference.
