Hi, what is the parameter to use to indicate flood flows velocity as positive and ebb flows velocity as negative? I tried all available lists but neither produce the type of plot i want.

The purpose was to compare measured water speeds( by USGS) against model simulation in time series format. I am not sure how this flux tool can be used to do that.Thanks

No, that did not describe what I was asking. I am interested to plot water speed( not volumetric flux) in units of L/T- that is grid scale water speed in the dominant flow direction. Figure 6 is a plot of total flow in the dominant direction. Thanks for your helpfel
