While my eutrophication and sediment transport model is running (version 11.8.3, OMP but only one MPI domain) the scrolling progress window will print “PAUSE” and stop. There is no option to resume the run. This occurs without any prior indications of instabilities (such as negative depth warnings) and nothing shows up in the error log.
Can I assume that there was un-recoverable instability? Is there anywhere I can look to identify the source of the error?
