I want to know how to activity cells in open boundaries, Now, I have been trying to give these cells small flowing speed, when the area only have one open boundary, this method is feasible, but when the area have more than two open boundaries,the depth of water will diffuse whatever how small the time step. Thus, I want to know how to activity cells in open boundaries.
