There are NetCDF (nc files) options in EE8.5. And I had opended those options, while corresponding nc files failed to creat in “#output”.
We have rechecked EEMS8.5 and the NetCDF option is working fine. It may be that you are using the options to write the files at the end of the run and the run didn’t finish. You should read the guidance here to ensure you are using it correctly.

If you still can’t get it working please send us a screen capture of your model timing settings and NetCDF settings.
