I have uploaded a model with two sub-domains but when trying to link them the N-S linkage is not availble. I am in edit mode, with view option Bottom Elev. I specified “look for subdomains” when initializing the model.

You need to go to “Cell Map” rather than “Bottom Elevation” for your Viewing Option. Then RMC to create or delete the N-S linkage.

Yes I see - and discovered that I needed to re-orient my IJ values. I could not join domains in the E-W direction, but used toolbox to re-orient the domain and link in the N-S direction. Great option to see the flowlines on the Cell Indexes menu.
