We are not too sure what you are trying to do. You can export 2D polylines to ArcGIS shapefiles from EE’s ViewPlan as described here: https://eemodelingsystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/EEREF/Toolbar+Summary±+ViewPlan You can import 3D shapes into EE’s View3D as COLLADA (.dae) files which can be edited in ArcGIS: https://eemodelingsystem.atlassian.net/wiki/display/EEREF/Import+Structures+in+3D If you describe in more detail what it is you are trying to do we can better answer you question.
