How to save water quality boundary data?

when writing water quality boundary conditions, there is a box jump out , which saying “You truncated the data series. Apply changes across all parameters” or"You added more time to the series .Apply changes across all parameters?", why? thank you .

Because each time step in the time series has a number of constituents associated with it. The data file is saved as one ASCII file with one time column and up to 24 WQ constituent columns. The time step much be the same and have the same start and end time for every constituent within that series. So if you change the end or start time of one constituent with respect to all the others then EE will remind you so that you will be forced to keep the start and end time the same.

Thank you very much.
