How to resolve this problem?

When i configure the water quality model, the software pops up the information as follows:
water quality module parameters: QC
Bad Diagenzone @ L = 2071
Bad Diagenzone @ L = 2440
…


Can you tell me how to resolve it？ Thank you.

This issue is related to having diagenesis zonation turned on but not setting the zones correctly. In your case the current zone = 0 so there is no diagenesis in the those zones and they must be assigned. This is done from the WQ > Benthic > Benthic Flux > Modify Parameters > Diagenesis Zones > Set Zones. You can use a polygon to set each zone. All the cells in the domain must have a zone assigned.
