Can you tell me a quick way to extract the water density results? if not, can you tell me the equation calculating the water density in the EFDC model? Thank you.

You can extract the water density results as follows:

[li]Go to Viewing Opt’s and choose Water by layer / water by Depth [/li]
[li]Select other in “Options”. After you select other then you can choose density from the dropdown menu which allows you to view the density.[/li]

The density in EFDC is dependent on salinity , temperature and turbidity. The equations used in EFDC for density can be found on calbuoy.f90 and funden.f90.
