Recently I have access to a workstation, which has processors of “Intel® Xeon® Silver 4116 CPU @ 2.10 GHz”. You can see the figure below. When running EE, I choose 20 threads for example. However, I find that the running time is longer than my personal computer. Could you give me some advices when buying the high performance computers (e.g., computer configuration)?
