GEBCO bathymetry for coastal Louisiana incorrect. Anybody had a similar issue with GEBCO data?
Hello, which version of EEMS do you use?
I was using at 11.8.3 version. Just wanted the community to be very careful using GEBCO data. I am familiar with LA bathymetry and realized inmediately that the dataset downloaded through GRID+ was wrong.
The GEBCO Grid is a global elevation model for the ocean and land, which provides data at a 15 arc-second interval. You should only consider it as a secondary reference. We recommend you always prioritize measured data.
