I am currently modeling a bay in South America and initially ran my model successfully with a specific boundary condition. However, after updating the boundary condition, I encountered an error.[reading to starting time for WC: File is corrupted or version is invalid].
Does anyone have insights on what might be causing this issue? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This error is displayed because some incompatibility between the input and output files was detected while the model was being opened. I surmise that you made changes and overwrote your run-complete model with them. If that was the case, please try saving the new model into a separate one.

Could you please check if you are using the Continuation in the Restart Options? The Restart Options is under Timing/Linkage treeview. If yes, please try switching to Cold Start or Restart, based on your preference.
