Does the EFDC model derive parameters such as TN， including algae? Like the effect of algae on total nitrogen

Thank you for your question!
In EE, the derived parameter TN (Total Nitrogen) is the sum all forms of Nitrogen in the water column including RPON, LPON, DON, NO2/NO3, NH4 and the portion of Nitrogen in algae. As a consequence, if the result of algae concentration in the model changes, the TN will change as well.
