Card 91 indicates that the model output can go into a NetCDF file. When I turn on NCDFOUT in a text editor and then open the file in Explorer, NCDFOUT switches back to “0”. Is the NetCDF option still being worked on or is there another switch needed to generate that output?

In EE8.1 this is still in the developmental stage. The netCDF ouput from EFDCPlus will be enabled in EE8.2 which should be available in just over one week from now.
