Can not input varying initial WQ conditions

I choose “Spatially Varying IC’s (WQWCRST.INP)”. The xyz file is like Fig1. But when I click “Apply”, EE told me “Bad Value” (Fig2).

I tried to use the SAME xyz file as the xyz input functions in EE, for example, to assign it to the roughness. It worked! So I don’t know what’s wrong.

Thanks! As an alternative method, I manually edit the “WQWCRST.INP” (Use Arcgis to interpolate). Though it is a little bit inconvenient, it worked.
