When I ran the lake ice growth/melting in the temperature simulation, I found that the simulated ice melting time and freezing time were quite different from the measured values. When I changed the temperature parameters and ice parameters, I found that the simulation results did not change, may I ask which temperature Settings need to be modified to calibrate this problem? It would be great if you could share more information about the problem you encountered, for example, the Ice Option you’ve selected to used to compute Ice; the coefficients you changed…
Or I think you can check the reasonable of the water temperature simulation results before trying to activate the Ice simulation option. If you don’t mind can send your model, we will look into details.
