I was trying to output the 2D vertical profile data to make contour. There is an option in EFDC Explorer to export the data, but is doesn’t export any data. When I go and look the exported file, its size is 0KB. Basically, it didn’t work. May be that’s not the proper way to do it. Can anyone tell/suggest me how to extract the 2D vertical profile data ?
Did you try to use export to NETCDF? you can then read it in MATLAB easily and plot
